Perry Edem Amemornu

Perry has an in-depth knowledge in interpretation and understanding of Ghanaian law and other pensions statutory regulations. Additionally, he ensures that the Company has appropriate systems to enable it to conduct its

activities both lawfully and ethically.  He holds a Bachelor degree in Geography and Psychology from the University of Ghana, a Post-Graduate law Degree from the Central University and is expecting his Qualifying law certificate, as a Barrister and Solicitor in November 2020. He has worked as a paralegal in different law firms in Ghana since 2015. His experience, enables him keep abreast of all material undertakings and activities of the Company and all material external factors affecting the Company and to ensure that processes and systems are in place to ensure that management of the Company are adequately informed.
